    Hi Scott,

Can you please provide a link to the Facebook group you mentioned? There are a few with that name and I didn’t see one that’s started by a guy named Daniel.

    1. Scott Voelker

      I think you’re looking for theamazingseller.com/fb

  2. Jacob Fowler

    Hi Scott,
I was advised to listen to your Podcast by a friend of mine Kristian Jeffery. I’m brand new to Amazon allthough i do already have a ecommerce store selling equestrian products which is going pretty well. I’m from the UK but live in Australia and am very excited about Amazon’s launch here and the oppurtunities it brings.

Anyway I’ve just finished the first episode and am starting right away on the second!

  3. Claudio

    Hello Scott,
Great stuff. I just heard ep2. I am really motivated now. Out of curiosity, what was your first item described in ep2?

    1. Scott Voelker

Hey Claudio, generally speaking we don’t reveal products

  4. Ian Rutter

    Hello Scott.
I’m back to ep1. Starting and taking notes now. You really opened my eyes, faith in myself and confidence that I can create something that one day will give me the option to leave my day job.
    Brilliant podcasts.
I will say, that you have helped my through the podcasts.
I am on phase 3, which is ready to order 250 units of a bundle I have created.
    I’m excited and confident.
How did you create a mastermind group?
Do you accept invitations, give out invitations?

    How does that help you?
Keep up the great work and success to you in the future.
    Kind regards

    1. Scott Voelker

Hey Ian, for my personal mastermind group, I formed it with other sellers I bonded with in Facebook groups (like the TAS group!) Your best bet would be to start in the TAS group (theamazingseller.com/fb) and see who’s looking to join one!

    2. Catalin

      Hey Ian,
Just curious if you managed to start this business.

  10. Tammy

Wow, Scott!! Where have you been!?

I wish I would have known about your blog a year ago. I’ve been exploring FBA for that long and I’m barely starting now, only because it was either confusing trying to put all the pieces together myself, or buying an expensive course which I didn’t have the big bucks for.

Anyway, enough rambling… I’m so glad to be here and I look forward to learning a lot in your blog and podcasts. Thank YOU, for making this content available for FREE 🙂

    1. Scott Voelker

Hey Tammy, I’m glad you found me! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

  11. Alex

Hey Scott, great podcast, so much value, thanks for sharing! I’ve noticed first of your episodes are not in the feed in iTunes, is there a way to bring them back? I actually more worried about the notes. Or is there a way to see all the notes in one place? Thanks again!

    1. Scott Voelker

      Hey Alex,

the notes for each episode (and each episode!) are available right here on the site, so no worries about missing out on anything.

Glad to have you as a part of the community.

  12. Miguel

    Hello Scott
Thanks for sharing all this powerful info about selling on amazon. You are the real deal, sharing info without asking money in exchange.
    Sorry about my English.
I´m in Portugal so my selling on Amazon will be a little more difficult than all of you in US, but i´m willinig to go for it anyway.
One question i would like to post is:
Imagine i buy something in China to send to Amz.
I can ask them to ship to Portugal and the can i do the shipping myself to amaz. My problem is the borders. How can we control the merchandise along the way? With the carrier? Will they take everything to amazon fullfilment directly? I heard many people talking about a 3rd party company to prepare the goods before entering in amazon. I never exported so that´s a litlle bit tricky to me this stuff.
One more question, i´m spending sometime searching for products in alibaba, but looks like everyone is doing the same. I have good products here too in Portugal and some of them are in the Gourmet category, is it dificult to enter in this? Has anyone tried it?
Thanks and good luck to you and everyone that is following Scott. You are a great person
    Thanks once again

  13. Paul Watler

    Hello Scott,

I am so glad that I found your video ad on youtube.com. You have such a wealth of info here. I originally did some research into dropshipping close to ten years ago when I was working as a Security contractor for a large Private Security firm in Iraq. Due to the turbulent time that I was experiencing I never really was able to make the connection that I desired, I then re-enlisted in the Army for my final tour.

Now after rehabilitation from illness and injury, divorce and a host of other things I feel very ready to tackle eCommerce again, the right way this time. It took only a couple days for me to stumble onto your ad and now I am listening to all the podcasts. I don’t have much to work with but I am determined to make a go of this and hopefully make the rest of my life a better one. Any advice you have would be much appreciated.

    Bottom line: you did GREAT!

    God bless you!

  14. Gabriela

Thank you for doing this, this is exactly what I was looking for! It will be a much needed support for a beginner like me.

  15. Leo

    Hi Scott,

I’m elated to know that you have a podcast totally dedicated to Amazon FBA. I am already finalizing my product with my manufacturer and I wanted to check your strategies before I go full blast! 🙂

Thanks for doing this.. Talk soon.. Have a lot of listening to do 🙂

  16. Val Draper

I am so pleased I have found you and your podcasts I have downloaded and been listening all week end.

    1. Scott Voelker

      Thanks for dropping by Val.

Keep me posted on your progress.

  17. Campinitos

    Hi Scott,
First of all mint podcast mate! Been listening to so many others and found yours to be by far the most successful for the business model I want to pursue. Just a thought, do you plan on doing a detailed ebook to walk people through this process step by step? I know I would pay for it!
    Keep up the good work!

    1. Scott Voelker

Yes, I’m working on it. My subscribers and listeners will be the first to know when it’s released.

  18. Elena Uiller

    Dear Scott,
Thank you very much for doing that great podcasts. I am sure that it will help our company a lot!

  19. Wayne

    Hey Scott,
Wow, this is really cool. I totally appriciate what you are doing here. I especially like how you come across as a Real Guy with real info.
FBA and PL products are getting more and more popular. So I’de be willing to bet you are going to be very popular as well (if not already), and rewarded for your work.
I would like to see you offer a course or book specific to Amazon FBA Private label products.
    Thanks So Muck,

    1. Scott Voelker

      Thanks for dropping by Wayne!

I appreciate the kind words and feedback.

  20. avi

HI scott i just finished listening to the first podcast and i did listening to podcast 21. all i can say is this is rocking amazing i been looking everywhere and i listen to a lot of podcasting. so i hope this goes very far and you never have to stop because there is so much information out there. i follow so many websites for FBA its crazy. i think you should contact these people to make an interview with them like jordan malick, jessica larrew, jim cockrim and so much more people out there.

Also i will start from the beggingin listening to all the podcast but one question i want to ask now is if you have a spread sheet that you use or if you know of any body else uses to research products to sell?

    thank you
    Avi Lang

    1. Scott Voelker

      Hi Avi,

Glad you’re liking the show and content.

I already set up an interview with Jordan and should be good.

I did use a spread sheet in the beginning, but not so much now. But, it’s a good idea to keep track of your data when selecting a product.

      Thanks for dropping by.

  21. Fred

Wow… Scott. Listened to one podcast and already blown away by the amount of value I gained from it. Thank you so much for putting this together!

    1. Scott Voelker

      Glad you’re enjoying it Fred!

Thanks for dropping by too 🙂

  22. Taylor

Thanks so much for this podcast Scott. You have me very excited to learn from you and to begin my amazon business. I appreciate you putting this info out for free

  23. Randolph

Nice podcast, the information you provide will save many from spending that 4k. One questions I have for you though, what would you consider to be the minimum amount of capital needed to get this rolling.

    1. Scott Voelker

      Hi Randolph,

      Thanks for the question.

It really depends on your budget. I personally was willing to spend $5k on my first order of 1,000 units + $1,000 on Amazon PPC. But, I have people that I’ve advised and told them minimum would be $2,000 for product and $1,000 for promotions. The thing is it will be a slower process if you don;t have the inventory to promote your product to get sales rolling in.

So, there’s no hard numbers. Just spend what you can afford and scale up when sales start rolling in.

      Hope this helps.

  24. Mikee shattuck

Scott man I just came across your podcast and I’m in 100%. I have been listening to all the same podcasts as you for while got stoked on Amazon FBA from freedom fast lane. I just didn’t know the exact direction to go in, I currently have a successful video production business and have the time and money to invest into doing it. So I’m all in and am going through all your episodes now. Do you do one on one “consulting”?

    1. Scott Voelker

      Hey Mikee,

Thanks for the comment and positive feedback. I’m glad I was able to give you the push to jump in the water. I think if you just focus on the basics and don’t over complicate things…you can do this and be successful.

      Find a product that is already selling…add something to make it a better choice…launch it…get reviews…get sales…REPEAT!

As of right now I don’t do “One One Consulting”. I’m flattered that you would want me to help you, but right now I’m working on my Amazon Business and this Podcast. But Hey…you never know for the future.

I do need some video production stuff done 🙂

Let me know if you have any other questions. Leave me a recorded voicemail and I’ll answer it on the show.

      1. Mikee shattuck

Ok I just caught up on all your podcast episodes.. I found a product and just purchased it from amazon to check it the quality and inspect the packaging etc.. I contacted suppliers from Alibaba and am just waiting to hear back.

What I am working on now is calculating the start-up cost for launching, and the monthly reoccurring costs to run it ei.. Tomoson, Facebook Advertising, Amazon Pay Per Click, Feedback Genius, etc… I there a list somewhere of every service you use a pay for monthly that helps your your FBA biz?

Also I would, without hesitation, trade video or web production services for specific knowledge/guidance.

Thanks again! You have the least amount of fluff out of all the podcasts out there….

  25. Polo

Hi Scott, first of all I want to thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us via this podcast. I been listening to your podcast since day one. I totally agree with all you said on this podcast and feel familiar as I have also listened to all of the other podcast and youtube videos that you mentioned. I’m looking forward to the road ahead of me, which I know will be a successful, probably with bumps along the way, but successful at the end of the day. Again, thank you for this podcast, personally, this is what I needed and what I been looking for. God bless.

    1. Scott Voelker

Glad you’re liking the podcast and learning from it.

      Thanks for the comment.
